What is the Labcorp link? ›

Labcorp Patient ™ allows users to link their accounts in order to share their lab testing information with others. You can invite someone to link to your account so that they can view things like your appointments, bills, results and insurance information. Linked accounts are one-way connections.

Get the information you need—when you need it—and stay informed and connected from wherever you are. The Labcorp Patient mobile app is easy to use and has convenient features that put you within reach of your health care at all times.

Go to patient.labcorp.com on your desktop or download the Labcorp Patient™ mobile app from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Click Register Now. Enter your personal information in the fields provided. Ensure that there are no spaces before or after your name.

Login troubleshooting

My log-in username and/or password does NOT seem to be working, what should I do? The password is case sensitive, check to make sure the CAPS lock is not on and try again.

How do I add on a test to a patient's laboratory test order after the specimen has been collected? If you have a LabCorp Link^TM login/password , you can submit your add-on test request electronically. You may also call your local laboratory and add-on the test request.

You can view results with a Labcorp Patient™ account. When you sign in to your account, recent results will appear on the dashboard. You can view the full list by clicking Results in the main navigation menu. As you view an individual result, you can click Download Your Official Report to download or print your report.

Labcorp uses two bill formats. View these sample bills for help locating the invoice/account number on your bill. Don't have an invoice number? Contact us at 800-845-6167.

If you do not have insurance or your health care benefits do not cover clinical laboratory testing services, you will have to pay for the tests performed by Labcorp before specimen collection services are performed. Certain routine tests are available at discounted prices through the LabAccess Partnership Program.

Remember to bring your ID. If applicable, have payment information, insurance cards and/or your doctor's order available. If your test is already paid for (employer drug screening, pre-paid OnDemand testing, etc.), you won't need payment or insurance information. Often, doctors send us lab orders electronically.
